It’s not everyday you meet a Top Chef and I mean that literally. This was such an exciting photo shoot opportunity. I got to meet Hosea Rosenberg during a photo shoot for a feature in the February 2015 issue of Boulder Lifestyle Magazine. Hosea was a ‘cheftestant’ on Top Chef in 2009 and ended up taking the Top Chef title. He now owns the Blackbelly Market located in Boulder, CO on Arapahoe and Conestoga. The Blackbelly Market is a restaurant, bar and butcher all under one roof. There is a deli inside the restaurant, and Blackbelly also offers catering for events. If you are a food enthusiast and like trying new things, I recommend stopping by this amazing restaurant and try what Hosea and team have to offer. You will not be disappointed.

Prawns and Pork Belly, Smoked Cheddar Grits, Collard Greens, Pepper Jelly.
Smoked Lamb Shank, Heirloom Beans, Braised Fennel, Preserved Lemon Gremolata.
While you are there, be sure to have a glass of red wine or a Whisky Sourtini.
