It was so much fun photographing 12º Brewing in Louisville, CO.  When I first visited CO in 1999, one of the things I fell in love with during my month long visit here, besides the mountains, was quality craft beers and micro brew pubs. Nothing says Colorado like a good micro brew.  John Howland, owner of 12º Brewing has brought a unique twist to his brewery by creating pairings with his delicous craft beers. Bringing back a little slice of Belgium with him, pairs various cheeses with certain beers, and there are chocolate and beer pairings as well.  If you are looking for delicous craft beer, tasty food to eat, and some of the best chocolate made local in Colorado, then you should be sure to stop by 12º Brewing.
