If spin cycling is your thing, or even if it’s not, but you are looking to step up your workout, then you definitely have to check out Beat Cycle! Carlos and Hilary opened their doors to this amazing studio a few years ago on The Hill in Boulder near CU’s campus. Their studio has a fun, club like atmosphere with awesome lights, black lights, and a disco ball. It’s a unique spin (pun intended) on a full body workout.
