I have been wanting to blog this wedding for awhile now and finally had a moment to put it all together. I have fun at all the weddings I get the opportunity to photograph, but this wedding was particularly special because it was my nephew’s wedding. It was an emotional day for me and I managed to hold back several tears, tears of joy. I was 16 when Josh was born and I spent so much time with him when he was young, what am I saying, he’s still young, but when he was a child I spent as much time with him as I could, even though there were miles between us. When I met Gretchen, several years ago, I knew she was a good fit for Josh. She is kind, loving, caring, tolerant, and has a great sense of humor, and the two of them together compliment each other very well. I am very fortunate to have her as my new niece and welcome her to the family with open, loving arms. I tried to narrow this blog post down as much as possible, there are so many photos I really wanted to post, but I was worried that it would be too lengthy. If anyone is interested in viewing more photos, please contact me and I can pass along the information to the gallery.
