Maria Cooper is an amazing chef, and is the Master Chef at Highland City Club located near downtown Boulder. I was thrilled when Boulder Lifestyle Magazine asked me if I would like to photograph her and her incredible food for a feature in the May 2015 issue. I met Maria at her home just as she was finishing up her amazing dishes. She had prepared three dishes with Balinese Lamb. I was blown away by the beautiful color and flavors she served up in these amazing international dishes. She was even kind enough to let me bring a bowl of the lamb home. I was lucky enough to get a small sample of it before my son completely devoured the entire dish.
